Check-in: Personal welcome and check-in between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least one day in advance.
Check-out: Until 10:30 AM. A late check-out will be charged as an additional night.
Towels, bed linen, and toiletries are provided in the cabin. Hairdryers are available upon request at reception.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on board.
Please note that there are no televisions in the cabins.
Consumption of your own food and drinks is not permitted in the public areas.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A cleaning fee of €150.00 will be charged in case of violation.
Payments can be made in cash or by debit and credit card.
Electronic eco vouchers are accepted only for direct bookings. They cannot be combined with promotions and are only valid for accommodation and boat rentals.
Reservations are only confirmed after receipt of the required deposit (as specified in the quotation) on account BE09 7350 0790 2757 in the name of Botel Ophoven, Agropolis Park 102, 3640 Kinrooi, Belgium, stating the booking reference mentioned in the quotation.
If credit card details are provided, the card may be charged accordingly.
Quoted prices remain valid for a maximum of one month.
Additional charges (such as separately charged consumptions) must be settled no later than the day of the event or stay.
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 10 days before arrival (please refer to your booking confirmation for the applicable cancellation policy). For cancellations made after this period, 50% of the total amount will be charged. In case of a no-show or cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Administrative costs may apply in case of refunds.
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information will never be shared with third parties.
In the event of non-payment within the agreed period, a contractual compensation of 10% and contractual interest of 10% per annum shall be due automatically and without prior notice.
In the event of disputes, only the courts of Tongeren and Maaseik, Belgium, shall have jurisdiction.
