Botel Ophoven is committed to nature and wants to work as sustainably and ecologically as possible - we call on you to participate in a "green stay":

- we are in the middle of a quiet area - we therefore explicitly ask our guests not to play loud music or make noise outside - the other guests are also entitled to rest (between 22h-8h)

- waste: the waste bins are only for "residual waste" - glass, paper, plastic and PMD can be placed in the appropriate waste bins in the cloakroom under and next to the sink

- drinking water: the tap water is drinkable.

- towels: your towels will not be replaced every day - if you would like new towels, please ask at the reception.

- shower gel, shampoo and hand soap: the hair & body in the showers and the hand soap in the washbasins are biodegradable - we would like to request our guests to use them.

- be frugal with water and energy - every little bit helps (window open = heating off, leave your = lights off)

- our galley uses regional products (0 kilometer menus) and fair trade products as much as possible.

- All our toilets are equipped with a pump - please only throw the biodegradable toilet paper in the toilet - for residual waste there is a trash can in the bathrooms and for other waste the appropriate bins in the cloakroom

- please report any leaks from toilets or showers to the reception so that we can resolve this immediately

- curious about the surrounding nature and green activities? - check the brochures at the reception or ask for them

- the timetable of public transport can be requested at the reception

Practical tips :

- In the front of the ship there is the lounge bar. There you can always have a drink, play board games, read (in corona times only on request) or relax - drinks/snacks can be bought from the vending machine on the terrace

- The gray door on the left at the front is the other exit / night entrance - with the key of your cabin you can always enter there in case the door of the hallway is closed - please pull this door firmly in the lock
